I have seen a 1238sqft 3 bedder unit and the asking price is $738k, which is within my budget. I am wondering if I should go in at this time for investment purpose as the property resale price is still pretty high. Please advice.

Hi Chris,

Based on the past transactions, Woodgrove has not seen fluctuations like those in the prime district. Reason, owners there are mainly buying for own stay. Hence they cannot sell at a whim, unlike owners in CCR that has many units. If you like the place and are buying for own stay.. i would say "why not"
